1. Services We Offer
Our return and refund policy applies exclusively to the following:
Custom Dyeing Orders
Screen, Table, and Block Printing Orders
Fabric Processing Services
2. Return Policy
Since our services are customized as per client requirements, we do not accept returns once the process has begun or the final product has been delivered.
However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
If the product has major printing errors or color mismatches due to our mistake.
If you receive a damaged product (proof needed).
In such cases, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
Service not provided as promised.
Wrong product/service delivered.
Duplicate payment or any verified billing error.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. No Refund Situations
We do not offer refunds in these cases:
Color difference due to monitor/display variations.
Delay caused by incorrect measurements or instructions provided by the customer.
Cancellation after processing has started.
Fabric damage due to improper use/washing after delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement and before processing begins. After this, cancellation is not possible.
